About Concerned Citizen
Concerned Citizen is a free and independent platform allowing the public to express their concerns about the way the country is run.
You can suggest your own concerns, and vote on those submitted by others. Every concern can be commented on, allowing you to discuss what you think those in power should be doing.
Concerned Citizen is independent. It has been created as a free service and has no affiliations with the government, political parties, businesses or anyone else.
Concerned Citizens are free to vote for or against any concerns. The site is therefore responsive to public opinion - popular concerns are promoted while unpopular concerns are demoted.
We moderate excessively offensive or profane submissions which contravene our submission policy, but otherwise Concerned Citizen operates in an entirely democratic fashion.
Concerned Citizen was started and is maintained by Laurence Diver.
I'm 22, live in Edinburgh and have recently finished studying law. This site is the product of two of my greatest interests - social issues and technology.

Concerned Citizen is based on Ubuntu Brainstorm, and I'd like to thank the Brainstorm team, especially Nicolas Deschildre and Stéphane Graber, for all their help.
Thanks also to 39steps for graphic design input.
